Listen to These 4 Podcasts and You Will Be SET.

After my little stunt of going MIA for 4+ months, I feel like I owe you guys a little bit of an update on some podcasts I’ve been loving. I also want to be completely straight up: I did not listen to podcasts ALL summer, I didn’t journal, I didn’t meditate, shit, I could hardly commit to going to yoga 3 times a week. So believe me when I say I’m not all sunshine and good vibes 24/7 just because I post a quote on insta. This is a journey, and I’m slowly learning that it takes consistent practice, day after day, year after year, if you really want to see a change. Hope me being a piece of shit makes you feel better, and makes you realize that just because someone posts about personal growth on instagram or on a blog (cough, cough) doesn’t mean that they are off being productive every minute of every day, because they. are. not. Everyone has their off days (in my case, months) and that’s perfectly okay too, I mean I came back didn’t I.

I’ll keep this short & sweet. Here are some of my most listened to channels recently….ENJOY.

1.Jay Shetty On Purpose

He used to be a monk, now he’s not. So he has some wise stuff to share. He has such interesting guests that come from all different stages in life which really makes his content the most inspiring and relatable.

2. Ed Mylett – Ed Mylett Show

That “get up at 5:30 AM to workout and change the world” type of inspo. I highly recommend listening to him first thing in the morning, pretty much guaranteed an awesome day.

3. Mimi Bouchard – The MIMIBEE Podcast

Such a classic. She is my go to girl whenever I’m in the mood for a little pick me up.

4. The Skinny Confidential

If you have the podcast app, you need this show. Seriously, they have the most amazing guests and really know how to make the conversation flow so effortlessly. Plus, it has both male and female perspective which is refreshing nowadays.

I’m eager to find some new podcasts, so hit a sister up if you have any recommendations.
